I was very, very pleased with the overall experience having my Toyota pick-up truck repaired at Triangle Collision. The service is exceptional.  My experience started with the estimator asking my expectations since the truck is over 8 years old.  What a concept!  We discussed different repair options and he provided me two quotes based on the options.

 I also received a quote from another very highly recommended repair facility.  After comparing the two quotes I found Triangle Collision’s quote didn’t list an item the other facility’s quote included.  I discussed the item with Triangle Collision.  The estimator stated the work the other facility listed was an option that may not be needed and they could do the work after the initial repair was complete.  He recommended we wait and see if I was happy with the repair before I committed to the additional work.  As it turned out, I didn’t need the additional work and I was totally satisfied with the repair. 

Triangle Collision completed the work on time and did not exceed the quote by a single penny.  The facility is clean and pleasant, and the people there are courteous, conscientious and thorough. 

Triangle Collision performed above and beyond my expectations and I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone needing quality repair service.
